Perfection is in imperfection. The shell has chips and sand on it, signifying that it has spent some time on the planet. The sun's rays are not straight or symmetric, showing that it is effective either way. The sand bed is disturbed, probably because there were passersby and visitors. All the waves in the water are not going in the same direction, evidencing that there can be differing paths. A new hope is the result of accepting imperfections. If the zeal to be perfect is strong, it eventually leads to giving up, being disappointed, or feeling frustrated. Once imperfections are accepted, even applauded, beauty is revealed in many ways!
